Jon has put an end to an often long and bureaucratic nightmare
of calls being endlessly transferred in order to get
information or assistance to everyday problems. The responsive
311 Call Center instituted under Supervisor Kaiman in 2004, is
now thriving with over 110,000 service requests filed each
year.

Aggressive Pursuit of Stimulus Dollars
Supervisor Kaiman has designated a team to aggressively pursue
stimulus funding available through the Obama Administration to
help stretch taxpayer dollars further. Recently, $5 million
dollars in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding was
allocated to the revitalization efforts in New Cassel.

Project Independence

School Recycling Partnership Program
Taking another bold step in his third-term mission to continue

Solid Finances
North Hempstead has achieved a balanced budget for six years
in a row and has among the lowest local taxes of the 13 Long
